A typical site survey takes about 30–45 minutes, depending on the complexity of your space and the number of appliances being considered.

Please have floor plans (if available), existing appliance dimensions, and any manufacturer specifications or user manuals. If you’re unsure, our team will take all necessary measurements on-site.

Site Surveys are $70. If the customer proceeds with our services, this fee will be applied to the final invoice.

Absolutely. We evaluate electrical capacity, gas and water connections, floor load capacity, ventilation, and any cabinet or countertop modifications needed for seamless installation.

Yes. You’re under no obligation to proceed with us after the survey. However, booking both our consultation and installation ensures a coordinated, hassle-free experience.

Yes. Following the site survey, you’ll receive a detailed, no-obligation written estimate outlining appliance recommendations, installation requirements, and total costs.
